1. Information we collect

We collect account information (name, work email, phone number, organisation and role), operational content you submit (issue reports, comments, photos and attachments), and technical data such as device type, browser and log records needed to keep the service secure.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform, route and track work, send notifications you have opted into, produce management reports for your organisation, provide support, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only within your organisation according to your role permissions, and with vetted processors that host our infrastructure, deliver email and process payments. Each processor is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Storage and retention

Operational records are retained for as long as your organisation maintains an active subscription, plus a limited archival period for audit purposes. You may request export or deletion of your organisation's data at any time.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Kenya's Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, tenant isolation and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we also maintain incident response procedures and will notify affected customers of material breaches without undue delay.
