1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Chapajob you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Administrators control role assignment within their organisation.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Local payment methods, including mobile money, may be offered. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Chapajob to store unlawful content, attempt to breach tenant isolation, reverse engineer the platform, or overload the service through automated abuse.
5. Data ownership
Your organisation retains ownership of the operational data it submits. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes and contact
